TAFTER JOURNAL. DOUBLE CALL FOR PAPERS ON COPYRIGHT
PRACTICAL ISSUES AND FUTURE CHALLENGES: AN OPEN DISCUSSION
Tafter Journal is pleased to announce a special Double Call for Papers on Copyright in order to give attention to one of the most current and controversial talking point.
Tafter Journal is convinced that some even strong pluralism of views and multiplicity of approaches can enrich the value of the public debate, helping to find innovative solution and offering a complex picture of the many technical, political and deontological problems affecting the copyright regime in times of radical change.
The Call for Paper “Copyright in the Information Age”, co-edited by Manfred Holler and Marc Scheufen, aims at collecting contributions which offer a careful and comprehensive analysis of copyright norms and its impact and implications for the legal, economic and cultural environment in the Information Age.

The Call for Paper “Copyright and the Market, a controversial relationship”, edited by Joost Smiers, aims at collecting contributions which focus the analysis and interpretation on the construction of new market relations if copyright would not exist any longer, but at the same time if market dominant cultural conglomerates would be made substantially smaller (as should be done with all corporations that dominate in all branches of industry). The papers should as well make feasible how such paradigm shifts could be realised, considering the paradigm shift of the digitization too.
